The Glory Field
I am now into the chapter of The Glory Field where it is now 1930 and Eligah Lewis is the fifth generation in the Lewis family. He and his family live in Chicago, Illinois. He pressures his daughter to come and join him in the Glory Field. . . .

The Glory Field
The Glory Field is a book about the many different generations of a certain group of african-americans in the south. The story is broken down into different generations and times within a family. It begins in the 1700s with the first of the "Lewis" clan. It continues with the Civil War and early, middle, and then late 1900s. It features the many people in the family, especially Lizzie, Lem, Eligah, Abby, Goldie, and many others. All for now.
